IBEDA GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned enterprise

IBEDA Sicherheitsgeräte und Gastechnik GmbH & Co. KG is based in Neustadt (Wied). The main focus is development, production and worldwide distribution of flashback arrestors and quick-action couplings. The owner-operated family enterprise was founded in 1960 and has 75 employees.

Today, IBEDA is a synonym for first-class gas safety engineering in many countries around the world. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Many well-known welding equipment and gas manufacturers have relied on the products from Neustadt for decades and also sell them successfully under their own brand name. The IBEDA products range from gas manifold systems to tapping points, safety devices, testing units, as well as special heating equipment and products for thermal spraying. The product portfolio is completed by gas mixers and gas analysers. IBEDA is certified to ISO 9001 and the tested products bear the certification mark of the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM), as well as other renowned testing institutes, such as UL or DVGW.
